We are giving these information for you agarwood enthusiast so you can shop at our store comfortably.

  • How long The goods will arrive ?
  • We use UPS exclusively. Standard time of arrival for each goods around 3-7 days with UPS.
  • How much I must pay for the shipping and document?
  • It depends on how much you will shop, mainly oil will cost you a lot more. You can check the tariff here : ww.posindonesia.co.id (Selct Yogykarta as your kantor asal(meaning from Indonesia) and check the tariff on Negara tujuan. You will see the Kelipatan 500 meaning every 500 gr after 2000 gr multiply it with it’s amount eg: 2 Kg to UAE is US$24 so if you want to send more the designated weight make you designated weight minus 2 Kg. And then multiply it with per 500 gr cost. And add both tariff and you will get the actual cost ) if you choose UPS please visit: www.ups.com ( select Indonesia as your region ). We will send the wood with EMS (Max 10 Kg or 25 Kg for several countries) and UPS for the oil. For UPS we suggest you create an UPS import account so UPS will give you discount from published rate alsoyou don not need to send us fund for shipping since UPS will charge you when the goods arrives.
  • Can I ask lab test document?
  • Yes, you can every product in agarwoodindonesia.com is tested under Indonesian National Standard. We shall email it on your request. (Only apply for order over 1 Kg of oil.)
  • Can I ask for other freight forwarders if I go for large scale order?
  • Yes, you can we will be glad to help you.
  • What payment do you accept?
  • We accept paypal, moneygram and western union. For large scale order we accept wire transfer with 50% advance payment. For paying with paypal please add 4% of you total transaction since paypal charge us on that amount.
  • If I go for large scale order what should I do?

  • Can I return my purchased goods?
  • Yes, as long as there are defects such as impurity.
  • How do you return my money if I return your goods?
  • If small scale we shall send it by paypal. But for large scale order we expect you come in person or via email or by phone to discuss this matters.
  • For large order(1 Kg above) we need you to give us advance payment (60% of total purchase) and meet us in Indonesia. We do not stock much for now only samples available since we use on order system. So if you want big orders please notify us first within 2 or 3 weeks before placing an order. Please give us detailed information also some photos of your desired product.
